Set a Goal for July

Hi there,

Setting a goal (no matter how small) can help you accomplish more. Last month we invited sellers to set a goal and share it with the team. Take a look at last month's thread ( https://www.etsy.com/teams/5002/etsy-success/discuss/14658006) where you'll see many sellers reporting they reached their goals or made some progress they felt good about.

Take a moment to settle on your goal and then share it here. By writing it down and sharing with others, you'll reinforce your commitment to it.

A goal can be anything from listing a new item to reaching your 100th sale.

When sharing your goal for July, please introduce yourself and share how long you've been selling on Etsy.

I'll start. I have been working at Etsy for 3 years, and I've been on the Seller Education team for the last year. I just moved so my goal for July is to set up a studio space in the new place. What about you?

My shop is quite new, and my goal is to have 30 items by the end of the month

I'm trying to be realistic about this, as summers are my busiest months because of my vegetable garden is in full force. So....
My Goals are:
1- Do more extensive research in social media to develop a better promotional strategy.
2- Spend at least 10 hours a week to work on new items for my shop and have them posted by mid to late August to be ready for Fall and Winter Sales
3- Set up attendance to two more craft fairs which will give me three for the fall.
4- Create a schedule to better utilize the time I have and the tasks I intend to complete each week.

My goal for July
1. is to participate in Christmas in July starting Thursday
2.make a new stock pile of pressed flower jewelry and list it before the end of the month
3. List 80 items in my shop
4. Make a certain amount in sales and save most of it this month

I've been on Etsy since late November of last year, and sadly, my goal for July is the same as it was for June. Specifically:

1. get my first sale
2. increase page views
3. list new items ( I have added new items over the past few months, but I'm only at 17, I would like to increase it to 20 for now).

I have had my shop since Nov 2012. My goal for July is work on fall inventory. I am doing a bit of a shop change as well. Need to redo my shop banner and also going to redo my work space.

Hi everyone, it is so exciting to hear everyone's plans for this month. We are half way through so I hope everyone is making great progress! As for myself I have the following goals for this month:
1. List 2-3 items per week
2. Make the prototype for 2 new items and solicit feedback.
3. Create a more tour ought about page that includes pictures ( this might be the scariest one!)

Hi everyone! My husband and I just opened our shop this month, and we're trying to learn as much as we can and improve our photos, descriptions and number of postings a little each day. This month, my goal is to get all of my descriptions and profile sections filled out well, design and post some non-jewelry items, and (the big one)....get our first sale! Good Morning!
My name is Rebecca and I just restarted my shop in May 2014. My goals for this month are:
1) to list 5 new art prints and the new line of fine art photo cards
2) to continue improving my listings text content
3) to create a mini video about one of my products
4) to have 2+ sales in July
I have only sold one item on Etsy ever and that was to a good friend.I'm working on sharing more and building listings that will show up in search more often. I also am running some search ads too.
Would love any advice you have to offer

i'm not the best in keeping with my goals. but here goes:

1. To list 20 items this month
2. Figure out SEOs
3. Hopefully make 1 or 2 sales this month (dont have much hopes, but fingers crossed)
4. To stay true to my vision of making the jewelry that I want and am interested in.
