September Workshop: Mentors and Mentees

Etsy admin send me a convo accepting us to the SEPTEMBER MENTORS WORKSHOP so lets go to talk about what we will do during this next month!

I am still preparing the participants list, so please let me know if you are interested posting here.

If you have any question do not hesitate to ask!

Please let me know which ones of you are interested to be in the workshop and let me know too your mentors skills (if you have) and your help needs (if you have). I mean something like this:

Mentor skill:
I am good in photography
I am good in SEO
I am good in....

And I would like to be a mentee because:
I need help in promoting myself,
I need help in, how to do xyz..
I need help in..

Not necesery to be both, you can only be a mentor or a mentee, depending your needs, or you can be mentor and mentee of course.

During September we will work about improving our shops in pairs, but we will talk about it later.

Please let me know if you have any question and who is interested in it! We have to send the final participants list before 30th August.

Sorry for these last days out from here but i had some personal problems at home and was imposible for me to come and help.
How about your first branding and photography week? I hope you like it and you know a little more about how to improve your shop. Any question you have about it please feel free to ask.
I think that I already answered all your questions so let me start with our next goal for this week.

Tweak Titles and Tags that need it. Re-vamp listings with bullet points for descriptions.
Add more Marketing Networks and Advertising

My To Do List:

Make sure descriptions all have measurements and really describe the item, not just fluff and stuff.
Make sure all tags are used.(correctly)

I know I need to work on titles and tags but I'm not sure exactly where to begin. I see this as my weakest point. If anyone cares to take a look and let me know if any of my listings hit the mark and which ones might be way off, I would really appreciate it.

I understand the concept of SEO but boy do I struggle with putting it into practice. Any help is welcome.

Hmm. My To Do List for this week.....

1) Tweak my titles
2) Make sure to use all 13 tags
3) Tweak existing tags
4) Tweak descriptions
5) Social media networking

2 and 5 are probably my weakest points here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just joined this team, it looks like I'm way behind. I just opened up my shop and have been educating myself on things that will improve my shop. I wil need to be a mentee because I still need to learn a great deal about this business.
The things I will get done is improve on my tags,photos, advertising.

Hello sweeties,

Sorry for these days that i suddenly desappeared without any explanation.
My mother died just this morning. I was at the hospital with her all last week and I tried to come and connect several times but etsy app is really a big shit and I had no computer there so... please forgive me for these days waiting me without any reply.

I would like to ask all you to wait another week and start the second workshop week the next Monday 23th September.
I still need some days to solve what happened, my family is not very "well-matched", but i promise to come here as soon as i can and keep working together. Is it ok for all of you? I can't be here these next days :(

As always, please, do not hesitate to ask anything you need and i promise i will come back to help you as fast as posible.
