I started about three weeks ago, my friends have bought my items but no one passing through. I'm trying to fill up shop but I want to keep the unique feel to each piece which means I don't have many items. Any ideas or tips on getting sales?

Hi , I am quite new to the forum activity bit so could some kind soul please tell me how I can show a listing in a box like this so that the picture appears and not just the link. It would be useful for when a forum wants you to post a new listing.

Linda just go to the item you want to post. In the address url, copy, then go back to the box you want it to appear in and paste. When you post your reply the item will appear. Hope that was helpful and easy to understand. Let me know if you have any other questions.

#Linda, as my friend told you, just copy and paste the listing link (www.jhdgajskhd) and when you click "post a reply" in your message will appear as a picture and not as a link. As easy as it!

@Nicole, sharing your items on Facebook/Twitter/Pinterest seems to really help. Also, choosing good tags is important. Try to use phrases that people searching for your item would type in.

Also, I know creating an intro for your page is important because that's how search engines find your shop. Try to use keywords in your intro, that people will search for. For example, holiday decorations, handmade, etc.

Would anyone know the best way to promote without having to spend the money at first to doing so? Returning back on Vacation mode due to health reasons have been tough and I would love to find a way to increase sales.

Hi everyone. I'm glad to find a help forum maibe someone can shed some light to my wrinkle... So I have had a sale who's customer said has not received their merchandise but the tracking show they got it.. I'm not putting in doubt the customers word but.. if I did my part and the tracking shows d item was received do I give them a refund?? Or it's not in me caused it showes the item had being deliver... Please Help thanks

I created my shop in August of this year and since then I can no longer access it.
I can not handle it. The name of my shop is: Maioucrea
When I type the name I arrive on it but no possibility to manage it.
Today Etsy asks me to pay for the 3 items deposited in this shop but I can neither sell nor withdraw them. What to do ?
If you can help me I will be very grateful.
