The buyer has paid for the shipping cost, so I assume they have responsibility once I drop it at the post office. I have put in my policies that no refunds will be given, but say the worst happens to an order of my paper rosettes and they get demolished and the envelope and plastic wrap gets slashed open and they get wet. This isn't a one of a kind item or an item with expensive materials, so I would happily make some more and send them out ASAP for a small extra charge. I would also want a picture of it's condition when they got it, I know how some people will try and scam you nowdays.
The main thing is that if buyers are really concerned, they should buy the shipping insurance. (oh but make sure you offer it too. Most sellers say if you want insurance, contact me and I will add it to your listing)
