@LoverStoryJewels About 38 messages does sound about right.  I'd have to check the ratios to be certain.  But, just a couple messages can cause problems for several months.

I am careful and attentive to my store but I still can't understand why I am not getting badges. Because my message reply rate appears to be 94%. Please send a message. Because if I reach 95%, I think I will become a star seller.

Hello! 

l updated my store, spent 2 weeks at the computer, changed the description, title and tags. I also manage facebook and instagram ads. There is also my Pinerest page.

It seems to me that I did my best to improve the store, but this did not affect the number of sales. Still no sales.

Please help in promotion and sales. As professionals, you know the tricks and methods.
