If you mark your Spam messages as "Spam", you'll kept your badge.  If you missed it last month, mark it now and you should get your badge back next month.  Just select the message, and click "Mark as SPAM".

The thing is, I did not miss a message. The client sent a 1 star with no comments 4 months after the purchase which happened to be December 15. 
So, if someone wants to exchange messages with me, I will gladly do.

I was a star seller last several months. I lost it in January for no valid reason!

On December 31st I shipped two orders for a same customer and added tracking for both orders(Even Etsy chat team wanted me to do that). On December 31st my shipping point came down to 89% for no reason and I lost Star Seller status for January. Very next day my shipping point went up to 100% for that same orders. So again I will be star seller for February. 

I chatted with etsy. They said it was their technical issue. Since it was the last day of the month it effected my shipping point. They could not fix my star seller status. Etsy has no idea why did I loose it for January

@StylishStoneJewelry This is a common problem with the "Star Seller" program.  It is full of glitches.  And just wrong information.  Or it has impossible requirements (tracking international shipping that doesn't exist).  Sadly, when these glitches occur, it also punishes our shops.  And, the damage can take months to correct (if ever)...

Thanks Mike. I agree with you. If I get multiple orders from a same customer last day of the month it can happen again even though I do everything right ! 

Etsy chat is really a big help but they could not fix it. They should be able to fix it.

@StylishStoneJewelry Sorry you've had this experience too.  The worst part is customers don't even know what it is.  Whenever someone brings up Etsy in conversation, I'll ask them "what do you think about Etsy's 'Star Sellers?'"  Almost all of them didn't even know what it was.  After I explain it, many ignored it because they thought it was just a paid advertising program.
