BAD NEWS - Since the February 2019 Team "upgrade," there have been countless design flaws, glitches, errors, and functionality that doesn't work. For your example, to remove a team member we are no longer able to search for them. So, to remove 1 person, it requires that we search 10 people at a time on 3922 pages.
Removing violating posts is also difficult. First, the reporting feature isn't functional as it isn't linked or provide any information about the violation. Once the violating post is eventually found, it is a multi-step process to remove post. Many times, the delete feature isn't even working. Then it's another multi-step process to edit the post, which may or may not be working either.
GOOD NEWS! - Etsy Teams is being "upgraded" in January 2021. Will they provide management features, rights, restrictions, and spam prevention tools? That's unknown at this time.
