Good Morning Art Team:

I do not advertise on Etsy but I am active on Social Media. Last Saturday my SeaGemsbyKatherine.Etsy.com site got 17 Views and 4 visits and I sold one necklace on that day.  What is the difference between views and visits ? what would account for the sudden surge in views on one particular day ?

We hope you are fine and healthy. Our shop is getting 0 views and 0 visits since weeks and getting hardly 1 or 2 orders in a month, we've delivered more than 1K orders on Etsy but after that our sale was getting dropped till now we reach to 0 views and visits on our shop.
