I have been living in South Florida since 2010 and my hobbies are Sailing Yachts as well as making jewelry. I am a licensed Florida Realtor as well. I have an MBA in General Business from Monmouth University and a BS in Finance from Monmouth University. I Had a 15 year career as a Real Estate Broker Salesman at the New Jersey Shore Selling Water front properties before I moved to Florida.
