new zesty user need help please

I have over 70 listings and syncing only pulls 30 listings, I get error message:

Not Authorized to retrieve Listing information. Be sure you have authorized Zetsy for your shop's info

You must authorize the program to allow access to your shop. While most listings can be downloaded without authro=ization, some cannot. This is probably what you are running into. Most functions of the program require this authorization. At the bottom left hand side of the screen a small key with the name of your shop should appear if authorization is successful. The menu option Tools then Give authorization will allow you to grant this authorization. You can use the options Tools then Check Zetsy operations to make sure all componets of the program are working correctly.

thanks, I have all the listings now. Now I have to figure out how to use the program.
