does this program support bulk listing uploads?

Yes, Csv files can be made, read by the program and then uploaded to your shop. This is under the menu option Tools | Import listings. I use this to download listings from our supplier into our Etsy shop.
I'm working an update that makes this easier and more robust to use from its current form, along with some needed better instructions.

Another item, If you select New template a new csv template is created which has everything in the order in which you need it. In the next version you will be able to output your shops listings to the correct input file format - thus allowing you to move listings between shops.

Just tried to use the option and got an Error
Could not load file or assembly 'DevExpress.Spreadsheetv.15.2.Core, Version=15.2.4.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b88d1754d700e49a'
one or more of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

This is an error when one of the tools we use is not downloaded. I'm behind on getting the new version out. I'll post when that is completed.

I updated the program Friday and these portions are definetely in the install. Let me know if the update did not work for you.

"If you select New template a new csv template is created which has everything in the order in which you need" I went to tools and see the excel spreadsheet, how do i open a new template with headers? so I know what to put in each column.

I am familiar with uploading files as I do so on Amazon. Just can't figure this out.

It is not well documented as this feature has constantly underwent revision. I'm actually working on it now. If you want to convo me your email address I will send you some samples that are work for me.
