I see it now. I didn't see a camera icon the other day as one of the choices but it's there now. I can't upload one from my computer because it keeps telling me that even a small image is too big, so will try to grab one from my IG. Oops, that's not working either.

I'm on a Mac. The way to do it is to hover over an image or a gif that you find on the internet (I don't think you can upload from your computer), hit the control key, mouse click, and select "copy image". Come here to the team page, click on the comment field, hit the control key again, mouse click and then select "paste" and you should see it pop in there and then hit reply.

What has worked for me is to use Giphy.

Find the gif you want and on the right you just copy the long gif and paste it here into your reply.

Often on a Friday evening - because they knew that the Admins are gone at night, and fewer on the weekends - there would be lots of spammy posts offering real authentic fake IDs, passports, drivers licenses, lots of blatantly illegal stuff!
