How is everyone today? I went on a third grade field trip to see a play and then to the zoo. OMG...yeah I need to go play with my soap for a while. Even my kid is sacked out now.
Hope you all had a wonderful Easter, we've enjoyed a few quiet days here, my parents are here so we've been playing tourist with them earlier in the weekend and then they've been off for a few days of their own.. given us some alone time before Little Miss Stubborn makes her appearance ;)
Thankfully all three of my kids came a week early! No waiting around for them. They popped out in no time at all, the first labor was 4 hours, the second an hour and a half and the third was forty minutes, start to finish! My doctor said if I had any more he was going to put me in the hospital two weeks early. But I was done at three!
The best part of childbirth for me (mind you I had 12 hours of labor and then a c-section) was once she was delivered and I could see her and then WHAM the endorphins kick in and I thought, swear to god, while they were still putting my organs back in (incorrectly I might add) "I could do this again!"
They do say you forget all about the pain and the last 9 months once the little one is popped out and you want another.
My sister has two children - and I remember her first was not a smooth one. They had to cut her (down there, to get the baby out) and she literally being sewn up whilst holding the newborn - she didn't care - she was so happy! lol Hormones hey!
lol yeh everyone keeps telling me that i'll get my eyes on her and all this will disappear.. which would be good.. i'm getting grumpy at myself that she hasn't come out lol
Crazy! Some people seem to be quite rude to each other on tophatter as well..
One person has a sterling silver personalised tag for sale, people are bidding but there are constant snide comments going on by others, like ' just incase you forget your name' etc etc.. 'actually that shell is a limpet...'
I think I may be 'asleep' when my auction comes up lol
Right I have a bracelet going on tophatter later tonight.. the 5pm slot - most likely I will be in bed. Hopefully it sells. I really want to shift my murano glass bracelets. :)

I made my first pair of cuff links today. I was nervous making it. I bought some blue abalone shell and silver plated bars and this pendent setting which I turned into cuffs.... i was nervous that I was going to screw it up and ruin it! lol I never been so scared in putting something together in my life.
