Shop/Policies critique?

Hey everyone,

I am new! I would greatly appreciate a critique on my shop, especially on my Policies. I want to have clear, direct policies without sounding like I won't work with a customer if something comes up. I want it to be clear that I will be fair to the buyer, but I am not going to make crazy exceptions for a demanding buyer.

Is everything clear, is it overdone, is it underdone, do I need to add something, is there wrong information, etc

How is my shop in general? I know I don't have that many items yet, but I am working towards it!

Hi. Had a chance to check out your policies. It is very detailed. I think you've covered a lot of questions that a buyer might have. So I would just recommend that you keep adding items to your shop.
