withdrawal issue for seller

i have no problem withdrawing money to the same bank account on 2021, but we take a break a while

and start again on April 2022, then this problem is coming, my money never arrived to my account

I got the email that my funds is on the way, but since April nothing 

already ask and email support, they said no payment is returned / canceled, and they will check again

and already ask my bank support, they said there are never money arrived on those amount

I'm from indonesia, any other recomendation for this problem?

If Etsy sent the money and it wasn't returned, the issue is with your bank, not with Etsy. You need to contact your bank again.

as per said, already contact the bank support, no money is receive on those amount, still have not found the solution

Just recently Etsy required to verify all bank accounts because of money laundering (many countries) which means having to enter all your banking details over again. Apparently Indonesia, Singapore and Philippines are having problems with the micro deposit. I'm not certain if it's fixed. The steps according to Etsy, would be to:

Update your bank information under Shop Manager > Finances > Payment settings. Select “My bank account is in another currency” and you’ll be prompted to upload a bank statement for review.

Please know that your bank statement must be on official bank letterhead and must provide: your first name, your last name, and full bank account details, including full account number.

Once submitted, Etsy will review the information within 5 business days.

Also, check your credit card on file. If it's expired, etsy will not transfer your money.
