After months of trying to regain my star seller status, my message response rate has continued to decline. I had 3 people message me multiple times. When I responded, the response was to one message (because why would I respond to 2 separate messages from the same person) even though I opened both messages, it brought down my score. I have set up an auto-reply to circumvent this technical issue, but Etsy MUST fix this!
