You are using famous names like "Ghostface" in your listings... which is illegal Intellectual Property Infringement. Etsy most likely pulled the items when the original rights holder reported that you were stealing their IP.

You will not get your money back. You agreed to Etsy's Terms of Use when you opened your shop.

If you relist the items, Etsy will pull them again and possibly shutter your shop permanently.
List legal items.
She also messed with MLB, judging by the Dodgers lanyard. And there's also Hannibal Lecter with the mask. So it seems like just about everything was trademark infringement. Even without a complaint from the mark holder, Etsy might have looked at the store and said, "Nah."
When you signed up it says listings are non refundable, you accepted those terms. If they were removed by a bot in error then you might be able to contact them and see if you could be refunded, but we are only sellers here, not Etsy.
In looking at your reviews, most if not all your sold items are infringing on someone’s IP. Best to read in the seller’s handbook what you are allowed to sell
Perhaps Etsy thinks they are counterfeit items?
Have you received any IP notices?
Only Etsy can really tell you.
The other is it looks ID is needed for payment? You have no payment set up or shop policies.
They said this isn't the first time this happened. What they didn't say was they stopped infringing and started following the rules, but if they could say that they probably wouldn't be posting.
From your feedback, it looks like you were using someone else's intellectual property for all of your items. Either you were unfamiliar with trademark law, or you didn't care. You might want to look at this part of the Seller Handbook. There is a short explanation of trademark here. At the end, it explains that trademark can apply to "popular books, movies or television shows." Hence, Ghostface, Hannibal Lecter. And the Los Angeles Dodgers certainly own trademark on their team logo and name.
It would be like opening up a fast food restaurant and deciding to use famous names like "Big Mac", "Fillet-O-Fish", "Whopper", etc to copy and sell your food. Do you really think you can do that?
You were doing the same thing with your merchandise to make money off of those names and recognition.
Your items were deactivated use you violated the rules you agreed to when you opened your shop. You will not get the listing fees back, you violate the terms of use then you forfeit the money. You should be thankful that having the listings deactivated is the only punishment you’ve had (so far). Etsy can permanently close your store and ban you from ever opening another one. You could also be sued by any of the numerous trademark/copyright holders you are stealing from.
I can only guess that it could be due to IP infringement (based on your reviews, as others have said).
There's also your "shoot your local pedophile sticker" that's shown in your reviews. While many people may feel the same as you, items promoting violence against others is prohibited on Etsy.
https://www.etsy.com/legal/prohibited#Q8
The following items are not allowed on Etsy:
Items that encourage, glorify, or celebrate acts of violence against individuals or groups
I would strongly advise putting your shop on vacation, removing all your listings that do not comply with Etsy policies and making sure all your payment etc info is up-to-date and accurate. Honestly you're probably better off starting a whole new shop (legally) after putting this one on permanent holiday.

If you don't close yourself first, Etsy will shut you down and with that comes being blocked from ever re-opening even with a different email. I'm sorry Etsy doesn't make it very clear at sign-up what's allowed, and there's so much stuff all over the site making it look like it's okay. Some people just don't get caught and it seems new shops are getting closed before the older ones are.
Seems the original question was answered.
However, this is not a place to demand money back. That issue must be discussed with Etsy. Failing to get satisfaction in that step, a complaint can be filed and arbitration with Etsy begun.
The OP had 16 listings on Sept. 6, according to a Google cache page. Is it worth the aggravation for $3.20?
