Views & Favorites for listings are missing in Shop Manager

In both this shop and in my other, lizzyandgrace.etsy.com, the information regarding the number of views and favourites which is usually under each listing in Shop Manager is missing and has been for about a week.  I was waiting for it to be rectified that has not happened.

@InsideOutandOver  :  Are you having this issue using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? It makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess. We use several different browsers on Windows and Linux and do not have this issue.

I have a MacBook and use Safari.

I tried using Chrome and am still missing that information.

The other issue I have been having is that with Safari I am not able to preview photos, except for the first one, but with Chrome I can.

Check to see if you have the stats open on the listings page.  Sometimes the system glitches and closes the stats.  Toggle the button to turn the stats on in each listing.

So strange the same thing would happen in both of my shops . .
