when I tried to enroll Etsy payment, no countries are available for selection in the dropdown box. It's blank. I tried this on different computers and different browsers, it's just still blank drop down box. I NEED HELP!

At this time, new shops cannot open in China or India. Only sellers who already have an open shop can use Etsy Payments. We hope to be able to welcome new shops in China and India in the future.

I don't know if this is up to date information?

My shop has been around for 2021 years and i've sold two dresses in that time.
