I'm using android and nothing works, except for copying a previous listing. It's been like this for weeks now (see forum posts) ... I cannot believe they've not fixed it yet!
I have sent etsy chat agents 3 screenshots of the first core page freeze problem, as you cannot even save drafts. I feel this is on their end, irresponsible of them for me to risk my security and mess with a bunch of browsers. Chrome was really the only browser recommended by etsy when I came on as a seller. Now they blame it. And this issue is just one of many glitches popping up. Tech dept. Needs to step up to the plate on thus stuff
Yep it is serious issue effecting so many sellers and spreading to other areas now like attributes. It is not a browser issue stall. Using a different monitor computer or phone etc will make no difference. Turning your I pad on side won't do it either. The formats for listing are broken simple. Etsy search visibility things gone rong too. Now getting flashed up for listings that were never a problem..My mirrors always listed against certain wall back ground and used to sell few a week before this was all bought out. No none. I listed one last night and looked good. Not for automated service had to change photo and looks horrendous. All these changes and regular pop ups over everything get the app we already got what none of like l believe is causing so many glitches results loss in sales and for all across the board and revenue from lost sales not to mention the huge impact of lost revenue from listing fees. That's gonna be big . Last quarter is going to be very interesting.
I'm honestly surprised that they've left core functionality broken for so long. Im not very impressed tbh. both with it going unfixed, and the fact that the form has no version which works without a population. Basic Web design failings there
.....and the dash board is not updating, plus the message blocking is not working.........I find more stuff not working everyday, so i might go on vacation mode awhile
