Dear Etsy and moderators . We have been having issues with daily deposits. Dates keep changing and until we contact support chart and ask to do it manually- the disbursement is not released. Each day we have different answer.
Today chat support said that Etsy have new payment partner and because of that - delays are happening.
Is it so?
What has changed? Has the timing changed?
We just ask clear information, we are partners with Etsy having made over 32000 sales, promoted Etsy to tens of thousands of customers. We are number 3 in Spain in Clothing sector by sales on Etsy . We rely on daily disbursements to be able to offer quick shipping specially for custom handmade orders.
Please give us the information. We will be happy to support you as we were since 2011 .
We will need to make adjustments to the shipping timing if the payments are coming much later .
