what is wrong with star seller?

You have the star seller this month. 

Nobody here can see anything more than that.

yes i know that but I also have a 1 star and it could change the stats

Not seeing any one-star review.  You have tons of other great 5-star ones that will most likely offset it, anyways.

I see no 1-stars. There are a couple 4 stars, but even more 5 stars, so your average is unlikely to go down.

my stats show 1 star some 4 stars and thank God a lot of 5 stars, but I'm at 4.9

I see the 1-star review on January 21. The reply was less than professional, which is more damaging, perhaps, than the review. It’s unfortunate because your work is very nice.

Ah, sorted by most recent that was already on page 7. I did not go back that far. 

Star seller only needs an average of 4.8, so the 4.9 average is more than enough to keep in it. And it seems there are more than enough reviews coming in to keep it there, unless you get a large number of 1 stars in the near future.
