Etsy Ads Not Working After Shop Being in Vacation Mode

My shop had been in vacation mode for a couple weeks. After coming out of vacation mode, etsy ads still says "Your shop needs to be active to start etsy ads, looks like your shop is on vacation mode or inactive right now. When your shop is active again, you can start advertising right away."

Does it take awhile for it to recognize that its not in vacation mode, and it will eventually work? Has anyone ever experienced this?

Mine became active about 4 hours after I left vacation mode.  Give it a few hours and see if you get the email that says your campaign is up and running.
