My shop is already on Etsy for 5 years, I received a notice that need me to provide my document for Etsy's verification on Jan 27th, then i uploaded my document soon, after 2 days from my uploaded document, i received an email from Etsy Trust & Team that Etsy had verified my identity information successful on Jan 31, 2025, and i also received a notice on my shop dashboard that my shop is no longer on vacation mode and i can continue selling. Why my shop is still on vacation mode now, it had been 2 weeks, no any reply from Etsy, no orders, no income, this had hurted all our same experience sellers.

@AGierDesign The reasons for your is most likely the information needs to be verified for the Inform Act. Etsy has to verify the information of any US shop that meets the requirements. It is taking longer but that is probably do to the number that need to be verified.
Yes, i had send ticket by help center, but there is no any reply from Etsy, too long time for my shop had been on vacation mode, they don't consider our sellers feelings at all!

Contact Etsy and when you get the reply email, tell them your information was verified but the shop was not released.
If you have chat you can try that. They may be able to help or they may refer it to a specialist.
