I want to know the reason why putting my Etsy Shop on Vacation mode again and again I already submitted my passport details for verification and if you need any more details please let me know so that i can help you to verify my account .

and please remove vacation mode from my Etsy shop as soon as possible .

Hello, I completely understand your frustration—I've been through the same issue. My account was previously placed on vacation mode for 30 days, then it was active for just 16 days before suddenly being put back on vacation mode again this past Friday morning.

it is not a support forum for Etsy support

you need to log a ticket through - help - contact us, on your dashboard

....

if things are active, then go inactive again, it's likely a bot is picking up something not matching exactly, like a middle initial one place, and full name in another

etsy checks what you put here, and bank account details, and id against what is held online for person and business by your government, 1 letter difference can cause a mismatch
