Adding a second label to an order when shipping?

Is anyone having issues with adding a second label to an order when shipping?  We have customers who combine items in such a way that we need to send two different packages and normally can add a second label when purchasing shipping but all of the sudden this morning, there's a red circle with a line through it that appears when we try to do this.....

I am having this issue as well. I have a customer that ordered a very large amount of items and I cannot fit them all in one package so I wanted to add a second shipping label to the order but I am getting the red circle with the line through it as well. I have had no issue doing this in the past so I hope this gets resolved quickly because now I am going to have to go to the post office to ship the second half of their order (losing the Etsy discount provided when using their shippping) and update the customer manually of their second tracking number.

I'm also suddenly having this issue. If a customer orders a print and a shirt, I send them in separate packages so the print doesn't get bent. I've been doing this forever and now all of a sudden, etsy isn't allowing me to add another label to the order. Just started experiencing this issue as of today!

I was looking for an answer and came across tis post. I think with the new updates, in case other people has the same issue, just click on the' add new postage label' at the bottom of the 'buy postage label' window and it will allow you to add a new one.
