@monzana - The Vacation Mode you're in was done by Etsy. For some reason they have paused your shop. It could be that you haven't updated the expiration date on the credit card on file. Or you haven't verified the your ID &/or the bank account that Etsy sends your deposits to.
Look for an email from Etsy - in spam & promo folders too. Or review your shop manager or the finance section to see if you have a banner advising you you need to do something.
If you can't find anything explaining the reason you will need to contact Etsy to see why they have placed you in vacation mode.
