upload shop banner

Can you please help me how to upload a shop banner ? I am trying for hours but without success ...

Click on your Etsy shop (bottom left of your dashboard) 

Your shop page should open, top left you will see "edit shop" in the top part there should be a little pen icon, click on this to edit or upload your banner

Make sure the dimension are correct or it will not upload

I have found it but it does not upload

The dimensions must be 760 x 100 ? I want to upload a prop in use on a baby and I must say it is really small and anyway it does not upload

Big banners across the top of your shop home. They should be 3360 x 840 pixels for optimal performance, and a minimum of 1200 x 300 pixels.
