My account was hacked and it has ruined my status and my access to everything once i received it back. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone to help me fix the situation but I’m reaching a dead end. I can’t message my buyers because the limited access I received which brought my star seller status to 80% my funds are now on reserve. Ugh what do I do?
First, remove all of the unlicensed items. Etsy can, and will, shut shops down for selling counterfeit items. The can also be seized by the post office.
