I'm really sorry. Also, from what you've said (along with other posts), it sounds like Chat is making some changes. I've seen others post that they couldn't close out of it. Personally I've not used it.
Here is an Announcement which appeared a little while ago.

dexcom is trademarked.
and etsy does strip sellers of all badges when they feel there may be some legal issues.
and chat will just stop responding as well.
dexcom is trademarked.
I doubt that's why you were put on reserve, but you could get into trouble for it in the future.
As you say that you depend on your Etsy income, it might be wise to put any licensing you have in your listings.
like so many i get put on reserve again. my star seller was removed. All of my badges removed. So when trying to talk with Adrian in support, he/she just completely stops talking.
dexcom is trademarked and so is omnipod and libre2.
and it does violate trademark laws due to the way you are calling them in your title.
and etsy does strip sellers of all badges when it has to do with something legal.
and chat will not discuss it with you.
etsy is notorious for not giving the true reasons for reserves or stripping someone of all their badges.
i have been on etsy for a long time... i have seen almost everything.
and this...
is my best guess to what is happening with your shop.
not only are you on a reserve... etsy took away ALL of your badges too.
so it is a very serious thing.

Dexcom is trademarked? For liability reasons, maybe Etsy would rather not host sellers of medical supplies? Or that are too heavy on medicinal claims?
@Diabetx The way you're phrasing your titles indicates that they are actual Dexcom products and doing so is infringing on their company name. How it should be titled is ''Overlay Barrier for Dexcom monitoring systems'' (or products).
