I'm unable to upload shop photo or banner, it keeps loading. Issue has been persistent for over 30 mins.
Check the size of the image. That makes a difference.
If size is right then it might be your ISP is running slow.
Reset your modem
Some of those functions can only be performed from a laptop or desktop not your phone
