unable to share to fb

For the past two months I have not been able to share my latest listings, recent favorites, recent reviews to Facebook from the shop manager/marketing/social media tool on my dashboard.

I have had ongoing communications with the tech department and they have been very polite, responsive and have given me many suggestions to help with the problem, but nothing works. I have sought outside help with the tech librarian at my local library, to help with all the recommendations made by the Etsy tech staff. We can't seem to resolve the problem.

Someone suggested I post this on the forum, because there may be others having the same issues.

I don't use social media (personal preference).  But have seen Threads where other Sellers suggested copy/pasting the link to a listing or Shop to Facebook *(someone correct me if wrong).
