Hi All, I had my first custom order request experience last week. while I was responding to the customer's and in the process of creating the listing, the customer was quick enough to complete transaction (not sure how as I had not yet completed the listing). but now it is not letting me list the item as i had filled out SKU/Item quantity a 1 and its showing a "sold out" ... i was able to create and ship the item form the customer purchase section however now my buyer wants to review my item and does not see the link for the listing (as it was never listed) ... how can i fix this?
