If you're using a computer you might need to clear your cookies. A similar thing happened to me last week, but once I cleared the cookies it was back to normal. Hope that helps!
Did you solve this? I am not able to upload a file to complete a custom order and getting the same message even though my zip file is only 4.7MB and the allowance is 80MB. have never had this problem before
I have cleared data and cache but that still hasnt worked...
I sent 3 orders today. On the 2nd I successfully sent messages to Etsy in the order details. On the 3rd the message couldn't be sent. It says: Hmm. Something went wrong. Try refreshing, but if this persists contact support. Sending via Messages works though.
