This is an issue that has been going on for years now ever since they allowed us to place local prices on listings.
I live in Norway so I have to add 25% VAT on everything since I am VAT registered. Problem is ever since I started doing this the international prices on my listings has a tendency to be set to the same value as the local price, or be completely scrambled. I can easily see when this has happened because the international prices suddenly has decimals instead of even numbers.
Example:
International price: $94USD, local price $117.5USD
And then randomly the prices have been set to:
International price: $117.5USD, local price $117.5USD
This means now my international customers are suddenly paying 25% more and will most likely not buy it at all because to them it's too expensive.
And the biggest frustration is that this happens completely randomly and I have no control over when it happens or how.
I thought first it might have something to do with the listing renewal options being set to either manual or automatic, and for some time it seemed to help setting them to manual, but now I am also experiencing my listings also being randomly set to automatic as well which means setting them to manual has little to no effect anyways.
I am so tired of having to go through all my listings at least once a month to just check if the prices are correct or not and I am certain this has cost me many sales as well.
How do you even report bugs on Etsy anymore? All I see is how to report security issues, but no way to report general bugs.
