Etsy tracking engine is not working properly.
I use the correct tracking numbers and the link on Etsy website leads to the wrong website (elta courrier not hellenic post)
In the past Elta courrier and Hellenic post shared the same tracking engine so people could thack their parcels at the same website
This changed about 1 year or 6 months ago. And Hellenic Post has a different tracking website and engine.
Also the old website has a broken link for hellenic post that also leads to a broken website
The result for my Etsy shop is that appears that I don't provide legit tracking numbers for my customers. labeled No tracking
For customers is not a problem because I send them messages with the correct tracking info
But for me the result is this reserve for my payment account? 2 days after I completed my last 2 orders and these 2 orders still in reserve
Sent email to etsy support and took them 2 days to send me just links with automated solutions that have nothing to do with the problem
