Etsy support just keep marking my tickets as completed yet no reply, email, contact details.
Everytime i open a new ticket they then just mark it as completed.

Ticket just to inquire about holiday mode that was placed and if they need anything from me.
Don't keep opening new tickets, just keep responding in the same thread. New tickets get added to the end of the line.
I just looked at your shop ... I'm wondering if your 'handmade' RL apparel has been flagged as 'counterfeit' or perhaps you've been outed as a reseller and Etsy is investigating. Perhaps you should have stayed on Ebay.
If you placed your shop on vacation mode there is nothing Etsy needs to do for you. Quit opening new tickets. That is one of your problems. Just reply to the original one stating that you still need help. If you have open orders and need to do refunds, you need to take your shop off vacation mode. If there is another glitch that is really Etsy's then that is a problem they will have to solve.
Really need to have more information from you in order for others to help you.
Edited: I looked at past items you have sold and it appears that your items weren't really handmade but you are selling new items from RL which is not Etsy legal. Someone may have reported your shop as a reseller. Handmade means that you have actually made the item yourself or designed it (your own creations, not using someone else's legal trademarked items) and you have a production partner that is making your designed item for you.
I certainly enjoyed reading the seller's reviews and the responses to them. Me thinks you and your handmade RL items might be gone permanently from here.
