I have written on the chat line and called Etsy help and was given a confirmation number, I have been waiting on an email for days to help with my problem. All of my thumbnails changed in my listings. What's going on?
Changed how? It might be because of the new square photos. I don't have the information at my fingertips but I believe your answer may be found in that article. You might want to look at some of the threads on this issue of square photos.
I saw where the updates are to be made but why did it change my listings? and the thumbnails when listing look fine then I look at my published listing and the thumbnail is a mess.
My listing thumbnails all changed in one day. I didn't do it! Now they're all squashed from the side. When I'm listing and loading my pics the thumbnail looks perfect. Then I publish and they're all wrong. I have contacted Etsy and they tell me to expect an email with a reply. Still no reply after 7 days. I have tried to use the chat pop up but it still shows my chats from 7 days ago with no help.
