Instead, they are displaying the video, if you have one, and the image could be a zoom in or random part of the video that does not do your item justice. Is this new? I used to see the chosen (first) photo and then the video would activate if I moved my curser over the listing photo. Do I need to remove all videos to prevent this from happening?
I know there have been other threads on thumbnail photos, unfortunately the Etsy search in the forums are just as bad as the Etsy shopping search. It won't let me narrow the search to recent. Please forgive me if someone has gone over this issue and just add a link if you have it.
