I created an LLC and submitted the necessary details under the "Legal and tax information" section of Etsy, but I kept encountering mismatches. After more than five attempts, my account was automatically placed in vacation mode. The next day, I was prompted to upload verification documents, which I did seven days ago.
However, I grew impatient and, two days ago, attempted to switch my account back to an "individual" seller thinking that would solve the issue. I immediately received a blue notification confirming that everything matched, but my account remains in vacation mode. Now, I’m worried that switching to an individual account may have complicated things further. Will they still verify my documents, allowing me to operate under my LLC, or did I make the situation worse?
I do have a support ticket open from the beginning, but after the initial response, I haven’t received any updates. Any new tickets I create are automatically closed.
