I know many sellers have faced this issue, where their shop has been put on the Vacation mode until further notice. More than 4 months back, this happened with my shop too, and to this day I see the banner saying that my shop has been put on vacation mode. I completed all the verification process, uploaded the required docs, and the verification page says that the uploaded docs were verified.
But the banner stays. Because of that, I am not able to renew my listing. Four of my five listings have expired, and the last one will expire soon. Since then, I have had no orders and zero sales because of the forced vacation mode. I have tried so many times to contact support, but I have not received a response. I hope they will see this message and solve my problem for good.
