tech issue

I am fairly new to Etsy.  I sell tshirts and other products with the help of production partner Printify.  I recently had an order and instead of sending the order to Printify Etsy sent it to me for fulfillment.  This is only my second order and the first one went thru with no problem.  Since the first order though I launched a website that links to Etsy.  The order came in on Friday so I can't contact web support until Tuesday (9/5) and can't find a way to contact Etsy tech support.  Should I temporarily close my shop until this gets cleared up?  I checked the product ordered to make sure Printify was still listed as production partner.  It is, so I'm assuming it is a technical glitch

You need to ask for help on Printify.

It sounds like your shop, or the item, is not synchronized with Printify. Log in to Printify and create a manual order. Items can be unlinked if you change the price, SKU, or variations on the Etsy listing.

You are the one that lists the production partner. It has nothing to do with Etsy or Printify.
