I have an item showing shipping is overdue when it has already been received by the customer. The item was shipped to me and I personally handed it to the customer. Is there any way I can clear this overdue notice?
Go to the page for that order. Click "New" then "Complete Order."
@PinkPiggyParker: Did you mark the order as complete? If not, do so right away. It will still be a "late" order but better than "unshipped".
