tar Seller and Print Provider Delays

Is anyone else having their shipping scores affected by delays by print providers?  
I've had to update the ship date for an order due to the provider not getting it done on time, and now they haven't met that new ship date. So I cannot now add a new ship by date, and my shipping score just took a dent. Again. For the SAME order (as my last post).  Since all my other orders have shipped ahead of time, I'm doubly frustrated here!
I've contacted etsy and left an essay in their feedback form...but has anyone else had this problem?

You only have 1 hour to edit after you post. You can't edit or delete only admin can. You can try flagging/reporting your own post and ask them to remove it. Just click the inverted triangle over on the right and select "report inappropriate content". That will open the page to report the post.

Thanks for the info. I was just hoping to remove that ridiculous typo in the heading.
