suspended account due to non-payment, paid the amount due but listings still deactivated

Hi, I was out of the country for a couple of months and didn't see the email regarding the payment. My card had been lost and I forgot to change the info regarding the new card on the Etsy account. My account had been suspended due to non payment. I made the payment and also got a confirmation. However all my listings are still deactivated. Is there anything I need to do to activate my listings? Please help and guide me through this process. Thank you in advance.

Are you sure your items adhere to Etsy's Terms of Use?

Reselling other artist's work doesn't adhere to Etsy's rules. The way your listings are worded makes it sound like you are importing and reselling items you did not make.

Perhaps Etsy took a look at what you were selling and decided not to let you reopen? Are there any of those listings in your Deactivated section?
