Error message : "We were unable to verify the business information you entered"

I have been in a nightmare loop for over a week now trying to get my LLC set up. First the tax id couldn't be verified, but the business was verified. Then when I changed the tax id entity name to include BOTH name lines on the tax form 147-C as I was told by Etsy through email to do, the tax information went through. However I'm still running into the problem that it now says "We were unable to verify the business information you entered." I have been in this loop for a week. When I change one the other becomes a problem. All the documentation submitted is correct. This is an issue with the way Etsy is processing the information. The first line on the IRS form 147-C is the name of he entity, the second line on the IRS form 147-C is the Managing Member of the company. You are trying to combine two different fields of information into one. I'm sure at this point anyone trying to open an LLC with Etsy is running into the same issue as me. I have already contacted the IRS directly and the State both said everything I submitted to Etsy is correct. You can see on the Articles of Organization #1 states the name of the LLC (which matches with line 1 on the tax form 147-C) and #5 of the Articles of Organization states the managing member/owner (which matches with line 2 on the tax form 147-C). I am now getting no responses from Etsy through the emails and message center. The last ticket I opened got closed without a response. Can someone please help me with getting the business verified and the shop unlocked? I was charged $15 for opening the shop and also charged for listings I had ready to go. Yet, I have no open shop to be able to sell.  It is very frustrating not having access to phone or live chat customer support, and now emails are not being answered as well.
