Can you help me understand why the statistics of my store suddenly dropped and even appear as 0? I couldn't figure out the reason.

it happens sometimes. Just so you know, in general, Etsy statistics are pretty useless. I would set up Google analytics account.

You can't set up GA right now.  Google has a new setup called GA4, and Etsy hasn't converted over to support it.  If you have the old Global GA, everything still works, but you can't set up the new GA4 with Etsy.

@Arcalliq   GA is going away.  I just got another  notice in my email about the new.  GA cannot be set up and neither can the new as Etsy has not determined if we will be allowed to use the new.

Stats sometimes are quiet.  I only use the 30 day as daily is really useless.
