stock error message 0 stock

I make designs and try to sell them with POD ,printfull,printify or Gelato

the stock is calculated by the POD firms

I keep getting the massage 0 stock in Etsy

Also keep getting massage that not everything is ok when I try to post the listing.

When I tray it for the second time, the listing gets active online .

But is everything ok with my shop?

Is it working?
