Syncing wrong production partner.

Hi there,

I added a new production partner in my etsy shop for some listings - Printify instead of Printful. But still, all my listings that have this production partner are still syncing with Printful also, even though their production partner is set to Printify.
The production is fine - the order goes to the manufacturer, but the products I created for only Printify on their platform somehow end up on my list of Printful products also. When I try to remove them from the Printful store, they also disappear from the Etsy store.

Any ideas how I ccould fix this?

Sounds like you need to ignore them on printful (vs deleting them). Find them on printful and ignore should be one of the options.

This means - every time I create a listing in Printify, I will need to ignore it in the Printful platform?

Yes. Printful syncs your entire shop with it's integration including things that they don't fulfill for you.
