Ok this is nuts. My shop is in forced vacation, I have no emails from Etsy, no messages, NOTHING to tell me why. I've been operating for 2 years with no problems. I'm losing business and can do nothing. What kind of business operates this way? 2 days I've been closed down now. How do I contact etsy directly to get this fixed? We pay a LOT to be on this platform but there's no one we can contact?
